The single, powerful and effective session lasting 1.5 hours is very popular and is designed to take into account your personal history as a smoker.  Working with you to make the change a positive one in your life and those early days as a non-smoker easier.   However, this therapy is not suitable for all smokers and is best applied to those who are committed and confident that they are ready to give up smoking and become a non-smoker.  Fee £145.00

3 Session Programme

This 3 session programme is specially designed for those who are struggling with their psychological dependency and want to develop and strenghten their determination to find the confidence and self-believe to become a non-smoker. Fee £175.00
